staff are a bit inattentive but i guess there aren’t that many customers to practice customer service. the waiting area and showroom aren’t in the best condition, a bit worn and dirty. they did do my inspection within 1hr which is great comparing to other places that quote 3hrs+. i’d recommend them just because of that. parking is limited but not sparse.

*edit. The front desk employee was able to communicate with me on the reason why the car failed and explained the miscommunication on the pricing which was much appreciated. They also got me out sooner than expected If you’re looking to fail an inspection this is the perfect place for you. After that I got repair bill about 1k.
